  • Are there currently any local radio staions promoting the show? Is any station offering a "Meet and Greet" or back stage passes?
    I'm so excited to hear that Morrissey will be playing such an intimate space as the Music Hall.

  • What's this venue like? I think capacity for this show is said to be 950? I may go to this show since it's on a saturday and it's one of the closer shows to me. On their website it says "no cameras". How strict are they about this? Am I alright as long as I sneak it in or will they actually tell me to stop taking pictures or worse yet, take away my film and/or camera? I can't imagine going to see Morrissey and not bringing along my point and shoot.

    Also, since I'll probably fly into Denver, is there mass transit/ public transportation to/from Colorado Springs or will I be better off just renting a car? Any cheap hotels near the venue? Post here on the board or email me at [email protected] Thanks in advance.

  • hey, i'm going to be driving in from little rock for this show. i have a friend who lives just outside of denver, so i'll be dragging him along with me but i'd love to meet up with some of you all there!

  • I am flying in from SC on Aug 2nd to the Colorado Springs airport and staying at the Radison Inn at the airport, which is 4 miles from the venue..
    If anyone know some cool bars or cool places to hang out please email me, maybe we can all meet up.

  • Damn straight I will be there at the show!!!
    I am traveling all the way from South Dakota to catch the show-my first Morrissey concert event ever! I am sooooooo excited-anyone know any good bus lines to travel with or any good hotels near the venue? Would appreciate feedback.

  • I am transportationless in Denver. I can get to the Springs, but am clueless as to what to do once I get there. I am trying to convince some friends from Dallas to come out for the show, but if they are lame and unable to be convinced (what more do you need than Morrissey's playing?), is there anyone I could hitch a ride with? Or meet up with in the Springs most likely at the Greyhound station or other bus stop.

    Perhaps Boz's band...missed them at the Viva Las Vegas Weekender.

  • Oh my goodness I am sooo exicited! Right now I'm in MO in the middle of no where studing English at a local university...BUT...one week from today all that will change. I have never seen Moz live in concert, now not only will I be there for the C.Springs show but I will also be there to support the man in Denver on Friday. See you all soon enough!
