Venue was very crowded and a little too big for my taste (around 6000 people, sold out).
A nobody's view of Cologne's showing! (Score:1, Informative)
Well, let me first introduce myself. I am a long term Morrissey fan, and hail from Yorkshire - northern England.
Of course, Morrissey was fantastic! He always is. There's no better sight than the image of Morrissey walking on stage. It's always an event.
The good man was a little quiet this evening. He kept himself within the song and didn't speak much.
Of course, that's a real shame - however, as he does, Mr Morrissey slippled in a few lyric changes and that always pleases me.
My dear friends and fellow Morrissey fans (and you yourself, Moz) - it was a wonderful concert, despite Morrissey's reluctance to speek between some songs.
I love Morrissey more tonight than I loved him yesterday.
And that was a lot.
The Wrong Boy.

Doll & The Kicks were great - heard them first time and was impressed. Best support he ever had (at least at the german concerts).
I arrived early and heard the band rehearsing 'Jeane', 'Tomorrow' and 'You're Gonna Need Someone On Your Side'. Hope this songs will enter the setlist later on the tour.
Met amazing people in the line before the venue (well organized by Tony!) and managed to get into the front row for the first time.
Now I regret that i haven't bought tickets for Bremen, too.

The view was also all right with the stage not too low, not too high. I could see all the band members without any heads in front of me.
On the way out I was very surprised to hear people have conversations about how bad the sound had been. What I understood from what people were saying was that it wasn't loud enough and that they couldn't hear the details of the music - at the back. The Palladium is a pretty long venue. I personally just don't like it because of the parking situation and hope that they'll soon build a parking house there. Having to walk a while and get some fresh air is quite nice though, and you don't get stuck in a traffic jam after the concert.

First this great new record at the beginning of the year, than this unforgettable birthday show in your hometown, than you played in my living room (the Capitol in Offenbach is ca. 2 km away from where I live) and yesterday this wonderful gig in Cologne with a piece (and smell) of your shirt.
Last but not least: Two signed records from the shows in Luxemburg and Cologne and a great support with Doll & the Kicks
