I just had a quick look at Jonathan Ross's management site and it has the run down for Friday 14th May:

Morrissey - God plays live
Dale Winton - Showbiz Royalty

  • heat said Kevin Spacey will be on the show as well, perhaps he's not worth a mention unlike Dale Winton!

  • Johnathon Ross, and his producer Andy Davies, discussed Morrissey on his radio show today. Andy talked enthusiastically about the new album, although Johnathon had to explain the title to him.
They then played America Is Not The World, immediately after which Johnathon exclaimed "BRILLIANT! There's nothing like hearing 'You fat pig...you fat pig' being sung in such a beautiful voice".

They talked at length about how the album was a return to form and how, lyrically, he was better than ever. Johnathon then made a couple of cheeky comments about how Morrissey was looking a good bit older, and how he had filled out a bit.

  • I am going to start listening to these BBC radio shows, they're so quick and witty.

I listened to the show and heard 'America Is Not The World', beautiful track.

Funny bit came later when they were talking to a caller who was taking a bath.

They said something like "wasn't that a Smiths song 'Plump Teacher In The Bath'"

  • Why am i feeling uncomfortable about morrissey being mentioned in the same breath as dale winton? Sometimes I feel as though it`s all going wrong. Sometimes I love him and sometimes Ihate him. I can`t let him go but it`s like your best pal who you introduce to your other pals. The first encounter was magical, but then you get on with your life and your pals get on with theirs. It was good at the time but it didn`t last. FIRSTODIE
