Underground brings you an exclusive listening party for Morrissey's upcoming release, You Are The Quarry. Morrissey's long awaited return (7 years) to the record shop shelves is actually scheduled for May 17th, but this is your chance to hear the complete album in its entirety.

As if that was not enough, we have plenty of giveaways as well. Irish Blood, English Heart CD singles, B-side collection EPs, postcards, badges and a few other suprises.

Trash! will be a new monthly britpop/indie gathering with the first night at The Clubhouse (1320 E Broadway Rd, Tempe). (Please see website for new monthly location)

The opening night, May 8 will begin at 8pm with a special listening party for the new Morrissey CD, "You are the Quarry". "You are the Quarry" does not hit stores until May 18, but those who attend Trash! can hear the full CD and possibly win a copy before it is released!!

A Morrissey Release Party will be held in Copenhagen, Denmark on Friday the 14'th of may at VEGA (Ideal Bar) on Enghavevej 40, Vesterbro. From 20:00 hours to 23:00 hours.

An evening dedicated to the music of The Smiths & Morrissey will be held at The Archer, Archbold Terrace, Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne on Sunday 16th May at 6pm. The flyer reads "featuring all your favourite Smiths & Morrissey tracks plus unique cover versions from the best local bands & musicians". Admission is £3 or £2 if you are wearing a smiths/Morrissey T-Shirt (wonder where they got that idea from!).
