May 14th & May 21st Quarry nights have now been confirmed and I have some news on next Saturday's ROTT promo night and a Queen is Dead anniversary night in June.

SATURDAY MARCH 25TH
This is taking place at The Extra Time bar near the Barbican from 8pm - 2am.
I have received an advance promo copy of the new Morrissey album, Ringleader of the Tormentors, and there will be a full run through of the album played from beginning to end. I have also been told that I will receive several promo copies of the new single to give out and hopefully other promotion merchandise such as posters, badges and t shirts by next Saturday but at the moment they are somewhere in the US but they are working to get them to me by next Saturday. Tickets for the night are now available via the website. Get there early to make sure you get a chance of getting any promo stuff I get sent. I hope to start the ROTT run through at 10.30pm. Forget the mp3 downloads, come and listen to the cd being blasted out in a great atmosphere!

SUNDAY MAY 14TH & SUNDAY MAY 21ST PALLADIUM NIGHTS
These will take place at The Warwick which is about 5-10 minutes walk from The Palladium. They will start at 9pm for those unable to get tickets for The Palladium and finish at 3am. DJs and visuals will create the usual tribute to the music of Morrissey and The Smiths. Tickets will be on sale via the website from Monday 20th March. This is a smaller venue than May 28th so I advise you to get your tickets in advance. Venue details are on the website.

BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAY MAY 28TH END OF UK TOUR NIGHT
This night is taking place at The Loop very close to The Palladium. Tickets for this night have been selling for the last 2 weeks and are available via the website. It will start at 9pm and finish at 3am. There will be the usual musical tribute provided by the Quarry DJs and the visual tribute will be in the form of slides and video footage shown on the large screen. I realise that many people did not manage to get tickets for The Palladium on May 28th, me included, but come along and mark the end of the UK tour at what I believe will be the largest Morrissey/Smiths tribute night the UK has ever seen.

THE QUEEN IS DEAD 20TH ANNIVERSARY NIGHT FRIDAY 30TH JUNE
To celebrate the anniversary of The Queen is Dead album The Smyths will be performing the album at this special one off night at The Clockwork. The venue is on Pentonville Road in between Kings Cross and The Angel. Quarry DJs and visuals will provide a full tribute. I expect this night will sell out very quickly so get your tickets in advance as soon as possible. The tickets are now on sale via the website.

<>MANCHESTER VS CANCER CHARITY RAFFLE
At the March 25th night and all the May Palladium nights raffle tickets will be on sale to raise money for the Andy Rourke Manchester vs Cancer charity. The draw will take place at Quarry on the 28th May at The Loop. Prizes so far confirmed are:
