So that's about 100 Palestinians killed for every Israeli. TODAY Israel killed 5 Palestinian children in Gaza plus a Reuters camera man for good measure. I mean this arguments are just like people who said the ANC is just as bad as the Apartheid government because they killed people too. Even Desmond Tutu said Israel's apartheid is WORSE than South Africa's ever was.

This is what disgusts me when Islamic clerics as I assume these groups are directed by condemn the west for practicing free speech and association like Morrissey is while failing to condemn the violence from their own radical sects. I have many friends in Israel and will be fortunate enough to attend this with a few good friends of mine while at a Jewish Youth conference and I think its sickening that many choose to ignore the real brutality that has been inflicted on the Jewish people in Israel. While Israeli attacks are unfortunate this isnt a black white issue and is very nuanced. I respect Morrissey for playing this from what I've heard excellent festival despite the security risks ironicall certainly not from the brave IDF. I do however wish he would play Beirut because I heard there are some great venues there
