Tory leader reminds people he thinks Morrissey is cool.
David Cameron - gasp! - swears mildly on air and mentions Morrissey (again).

Sweary Cameron illustrates dangers of informal interview - The Guardian

The last question gave him a chance to once more espouse his love for the Killers and his previously derided penchant for Morrissey.

Tory Election Anthem. .cc D.C's Press Office. lol! (Score:1)
I wonder whether Mr Cameron will choose a Smith's song or one from the solo years to celebrate his Victory? Tony B.Liar chose the pertly bottomed upbeat dance classic 'Things Can Only Get Better' by D:Ream. And promptly ruined it forever.

Poll: Which song would YOU like the British Conservative Party to use to celebrate next year's victory ? As my friend The Prince of Darkness said on Oleg's yacht off Corfu:

"Of course, The Project has already factored in an interlude of 'Blue Labour'. A..necessary....re-grouping, rethinking, revisioning." Then we turned around to see that hopeless young lamb Osborne nervously plucking up the courage to approach us. For a chat. [LOL! *rollseyes*]

Will Morrissey allow the use of 'The National Front Disco' for such an historic event? mmmmn....let's look at the lyrics again. How bizarre that Morrissey could so presciently predict this! Whilst everyone thought he was talking about...something else. ~Tory win. Cuts! Cuts! Cuts! Scottish/Welsh rebellions. Devolution into Dis-United Kingdom. Bring it on. And bring on, cue re-hash of exhausted nostrums and 'definitive interpretation' of this classic song.

PS: I have considered the poignancy of certain lines relative to to Mr Cameron's recent tragic loss.

PPS: Cameron as 'fan-boy' is annoying me. It hardly behoves a future leader of this country to obsess about disturbed and disturbing entrainers/entertainers. Leave that to 'losers' like me. What next? His favourite Michael Jackson song? Almost certainly that would be 'Stranger In Moscow'. A song which, on it's own, eclipses any ever written about FAME, paranoia, and the loneliness of cultural and political leadership.

[Stranger in Moscow outro: KGB interrogator - Russian to English Translation] "Why have you come from the West? Confess! To steal the great achievments of the people, the accomplishments of the workers..."
