  • After scanning through these comments of you so called “fans”, I have never seen such a display of hypocritical shallow and no life boring monsters. That call yourselves “fans”.

You monsters sicken me. And I have something else to say. You all won’t need to put the strikingly attractive charming man under your computerized microscopes after this compilation of the last masterpiece, Swords. After Swords, and I’m telling you right now, you monsters are going to have to find some other gorgeous talented genius to project your miserable little lives upon. And because YOR, which by the way is Morrissey’s ultimate masterpiece. Exceeding any of his other solo work, and also including any of The Smiths.

You have only yourselves to blame. He isn’t going to be, out of the goodness of his heart, which by the way most of you don’t even deserve any of his unreleased songs ... he isn’t going to even throw you worthless drama queens any crumbs. Which is all you are really worth ... you are worth crumbs.

So Morrissey ended it with his best recourd YOR. That’s right. So after the next several months, you are going to have to ... find somewhere else to go. Somewhere else to go.

And Morrissey went out with a Bang, and no thanks to you monsters. Who most of you were never even on his side. And as for me ... the best thing that Morrissey has and is going to always have -- Always, is he is, he has, me on his side.

      • Thanks for that, anonymous caller. I love that comment. Time grips you sliding in its spell. I can completely relate to your interpretations, analysis, and predicament. Especially the formulation regarding just because some people have the same favourite singer as me … I am nothing like them. Which is how I am interpreting it. And you know what else? I think Morrissey is ashamed of 95% of his fans. And you’re right – The computer has totally changed music. Well, especially for singers, who are a genius, like Morrissey. I am just so happy that Morrissey accomplished everything before the destruction of humanity. Limited aspects of humanity. Because humans, they were never really any good. But the concoction of computer created humans, well the good ones, well less. Your post was so deep and well written. But then, also hilarious as well.

In all of my ventures to find someone who loves Morrissey, after all these years. I have discovered that it all means nothing. It all means nada. I have just discovered some girls are bigger than others. Send me your pillow … the one that you dream on. There is not one single person who feels the way I do. And if they write to me on those rare occasions, they just dissipate. Gone, gone. I was looking for you – Are you gone, gone. But then there is BrummieBoy. Good things come to those who wait. I had to wait over 6-7 years to encounter BrummieBoy aka Einstein. He is the only one, supporter who has been consistent with me. And I am very thankful to him. I am very blessed that he has been here, beside me for a few years. And as always, I’m here right beside you. There’s something to be said for that. Patience is a virtue, and it was well worth being patient for him.

And I believe in fate. You see, I am not here to actively seek out just anyone. And I’m not looking for just anyone. I don’t want any more friends. I am anti social, but people they don’t take no for an answer. They just keep calling and calling. And on the subject of men … the men that I meet now, they just want to either A. get in your pants … or B. they want, if you have money, they want to see how much money they can get out of you. It’s really laughable. This is how the world has changed. Has the world changed, or have I changed. So, if you have money, you need to learn how to hide it.

BrummieBoy aka Einstein I think is the only one who matters. Alma Matters in mind. Body and soul. Who isn’t Morrissey. Because, Morrissey, well, I Love Him.
When I kiss him goodnight, even though the picture of his Assssh is underneath the one of his face. I tell him and sometimes I tell him, cupcake, sometimes, I say Angel, … Baby (naturally). All of them. Depending on my general mood.

Jane, you strange, unearthly … And let me tell you something Kristeen, she wanted Morrissey to “do” her. That’s Kristeen for you. I wish it would have been …

But I’m still the same underneath. I don’t know what I’m saying really. You know why? Morrissey wouldn’t even touch her Now. We had to listen to Kristeen’s bullshit.

Now that One Day Goodbye … Well the symbolism is now the reality. Because YOR is the last “new” CD. Of course the money grubbers oriented record companies shall keep reproducing into the stores “new” Greatest Hits, The Smiths and Morrissey. But other than that … the creatures who live on these boards, who do not get off the computer to even, to go to the concerts, some of them … I only thank God I am not human. And that there shall be no more “new” recourd covers of “new” songs that they can put under their computer accessorized magnifying glasses, mirrors, microscopes, etc. And also they are going to continue to splice all of their tape recordings. They can no longer analyze (and wrongfully by the way), and rip him which just validates what conformists they really are.

It’s funny because they don’t realise that this is the last “new” and really it isn’t “new” like YOR, ya know. But all that I mean is no more “new” covers to a “new” recourd. Haaaa. I’m just so happy that Morrissey ended hi

The problem with modern Morrissey fans is that they've grown up on the banal So Cal rock aesthetic for so long that it's normal to them. They don't have the necessary frame of reference to understand how Morrissey's sound has been rendered mainstream since Southpaw Grammar.

It's humorous to watch how much they hold Morrissey's least inspired material in high regard. They walk with the same strut that older fans did, but, in terms of quality, it's a difficult attitude to defend these days.
