to be honest i would have done the same thing... although most antidepressants do have 'impulsiveness' as a legitimate side affect i think the mental anguish is torture enough, especially since mr marr loves his guitars dearly (as exhibited by his huge guitar gallery of his personal collection shown on his official website) the courts even increased the price of the guitar because of it's significance... very ineresting case indeed
