Rabbits out of the cages! - Four Paws
Animal lover Morrissey has given his backing to FOUR PAWS’s new animation about rabbit factory farming.

Legendary celebrity and singer Morrissey provided the iconic song ‘Everyday is like Sunday’ as the lead soundtrack.

Everyday is like Sunday / everyday is silent and grey /… Etch a postcard: "how I dearly wish I was not here"

Factory farmed caged rabbits have limited space to lie stretched out or sit up on their hind legs. The rabbits are forced to live in cramped and barren conditions. It is not uncommon for bone disorders and foot inflammations to develop, as well as other excruciating conditions. Farmed rabbits may develop neurotic behaviours to relieve the stress caused by their unnatural living conditions.

  • This really is quite shockingly bad.

I mean the animation, not the farming of rabbits.

  • This is to sad:(
I rather not think about it.. Although it is so true and a good thing... Hmmm is it just an energy wasted!?. I guess I just have been there done that and I am just going to except that people are and can be cruel YET. many are sadly ignorrant. hmm I guess this is the reason why it can be good aswell.
Sighs! I guess someone has to do it..
I remember having 2 Rabbits as a child gladys and Freddy. I loved them fed them all.. Played with them.. I cleaned their cages and took them all out and let them run in the yard we also built playpins so as to not having the males fight..
I had a Rusty gold looking rabbit that was as big as a cockapoo dogg..
    You know like Benji!?
yeah huge! I also had a dog that was a beige cockapoo that help take care of the rabbits..
Then one day.. They were all slaughterd all 65 of them!..:(
Little did I know what my Dad was up to!
They had a huge party! I still blocked it out about what the party was about.
And this was in the middle of East Los Angeles in the City!
    Sheech..
Do not ever mislead anyone about such a serious situation!
But I still love the song..
Thank you Morrissey I love that you are such a permmiting advocate.. Viva La Revolucion!

    haha
