life without illusions is impossible. the idea that you can free your self from illusions is itself an illusion.

So you might as well rid yourself of negative illusions when possible. There is some good in life that is actually real.

David Blaine is creepy. he ripped his heart out on the Carson Daly show a while back, all Temple of Doom style. Criss Angel does similiar stuff, but he's so into himself and his hair, he comes off almost as a joke and isnt quite as believable.
