I'm pretty sure they have applied for lottery money, but can certainly ask the question.

ok cool, I was just thinking it might be a bit different than applying for funding for a kids park or something but I know here when the local fund raising group applied to the lottery, the thing was to raise a percentage then then lottery would match or finish the amount.
