Mike gave me his setlist, what a guy!
I also got to touch Morrissey's hand... what they say about it being soft is SO true!
Moz also said he forgives Wales for the Stereocronics, hehe.
If Sarah, Jess [the mute one] or Sian read this (the lovely girls at the front)... I'm Adam, gimme an email! :)

Fantastic gig, Pigsty went down well as did How Soon Is Now. My Life was good too. Still Ill was the real kickoff.

Sons & Daughters were okay.

Venue was okay. It wasn't in the *proper* theatre as some people claimed beforehand. It was in a Conference Center room which was really really quite small.

Nobody got onto the stage, but there were half a dozen crowd surfers.

Good atmosphere, but some stupid fans [from Bangor, no less] shouted things at Moz which he didn't approve of (I couldn't make them out, but at one point Moz said "Was that funny?" and looked a little annoyed). After that, he paid very little attention to the crowd.
I shouted "U2 Can't Hold a Candle To You!" to which he gave me a sideways glance, then put his hand on his cheek and pushed his face away as if to snub me. Funny moment!

Morrissey came out beforehand to go back to the tour bus. He was surrounded by bouncers and his eyes looked a little teary... I could just see what beautiful blue eyes he has. He looks not a day over 30 when he's just walking around normally.

Yet again, what a strange setlist. No 'Dear God', no 'In the Future', no 'Father who Must Be Killed', no 'I'll Never Be' and not a single song from his early solo career - only one from Southpaw in 1995, that's almost a decade of (great) songs that are neglected. Can't wait to hear 'Girlfriend' though. Glad he's dropped 'Last Night'. Great song but he's done it to death.

It was an amazingly nice day beforehand, beautifull weather and the sea was lovely and flat - Llandudno is really pretty and the town was practically empty, before the gig we saw the whole band except Boz strolling along the prom in their smart suits looking like something from Resevoir Dogs, and afterwards we found the pier deserted but unlocked with all the lights on and spent about an hour strolling about - it was weird, like 28 days later.

Duff venue - but very polite staff and security, but the now traditional tearing up of the shirt at the end got quite rowdy - I'm told!

Having got that off my chest, I have to say that I preferred last night's show to the previous night's. No Trouble Loves Me, but On the Streets I Ran was a nice surprise.

I for one was delighted that the show was in the (all standing) Conference Centre rather than the Theatre. First UK all standing gig since Blackpool in 2004 if I'm not mistaken?

Moz sang beautifully - you're in for a treat if you haven't seen him yet - but was less involed with banter than last night. I nearly, so nearly touched him!

Do you know theres 11 million sheep to 3 million humans in Wales (approx) So thats a 3 and 2/3 sheep each per head. And I've only done 1 and 1/2!

Llandudno is a lot prettier than I anticipated and the promenade had a certain grandeur. The venue didn't, in my opinion it looked like an Art Deco building made out of curly-wurlys from the outside!

Anyway the venue itself was fantastic. It was like a school disco, complete with all the remnants of society including me and my 2 mates!

Being so close to the maestro.
                          Good crowd.
Launching into Magazine cover when saying stuff about the past. Members of the crowd shouting out for various Smiths songs, it bamboozled a few!
Introducing the band. Julia got a mention too.
IBEH as the encore. Inspired choice. Place went mental! (and I've been a "fan" since 1990- 14th gig.)

Oh and lots of other stuff which will come back to me one day when I'm least suspecting it.

OH YEH- parents there with their kids. There was one bloke with a proper quiff and all that with his nipper. Fantastic stuff.
An oafish loaf realising he cpuldn't barge past anymore people and singing his oafish heart out.
