It's been a day

It's been a day.

My son and I did some heavy lifting early this morning to get some older stuff to goodwill.

We all went to a Pet parade



My son and I talked for about an hour. He convinced me to change my mind on something that was important to him. He expressed himself clearly and from the heart. This allowed me to see that I did not have the full picture when I made my original decision. Kudos to him for stating his case.

Went to the city and had a great run with my daughter. We looped through the marina, up Crissy field and along the water to Golden Gate Bridge then back. Beautiful day. It's great to see my daughter handling the increased mileage. She certainly seems so proud of herself as she tackles these longer distances.





Big book sale at Fort Mason with everyone.



I'm serious, my kids are getting this many books.



Too tired to cook, so we stopped on the way home to get dinner. I'm tired. Nothing a good night sleep won't remedy.
