As I age, it is interesting that my body is still so adaptable to changes in regimens. I am closer to 50 than I am 40.


Since we set up our new gym in the summer, I have seen a shift in my body structure. It has been a nice transition as my body moves from a strictly cycling/running metabolism. Oh ,I'm still doing cycling/running but I am getting heavier using the weights. It's been in a really good way though.

My wife and I decided to get another piece of equipment for the gym. I have rowed in the past and have enjoyed it's benefits immensely. For my wife, it can now be a cardio alternative to the treadmill.
