  • Just got back from the gig. Amazing! Small venue, so it seemed he was playing in my living room. Same setlist as in Luxe, bourg. His voice was excellent. Energy was great, people were singing along and dancing!

Signed vinyl was for sale. 40 euros. I got 11 out of 20!

  • Morrissey was energetic. He loved it."Do you know why I am here? And not in a theatre or something? Because I am rock and roll man!"

The pit was great. And everyone was singing and dancing.

Got a piece of his shirt and a signed YOR lp. Better seeing him here than in that shit Heineken beer hall with 4.000 spectators.

    Next stop Antwerp...

Brilliant gig! Probably my best morrissey concert so far. I've seen him four times in Holland. This was the absolute killer! Audiance, atmosphere and band were nearly psychedelic. Moz was more talketive and made some funny notes. I remember these: 'The reason I play in this venue is because I'm an old hairy rockstar!' and 'I've seen the dutch play cricket recently...but nobody is interested'. Though the setlist might be a little strange with keep mine hidden and seasick, itwasn't anoying me at some point. Highlights for me were The Loop, Carol.., Ok By Myself and the first of the gang.

  • Fantastic show yesterday in Watt. Morrissey was in a good mood, his voice was perfect and the band was playing energetic. Very good small venue. Get a hand from Moz at his last song ;)Best concert in Holland ever! Thank you Moz!

  • Only 6 out of those tracks are any good (This Charming Man, How Soon Is Now, Ask, Girlfriend In A Coma, I Keep Mine Hidden & Some Girls Are Bigger Than Others). He should ditch the rest of the setlist, and add some of the better stuff from the Moz catalogue. Some suggestions: Half A Person, The Headmaster Ritual, William It Was Really Nothing & Reel Around The Fountain. Panic would make a nice encore.

  • WATT a great night with Morrissey. WATT was the perfect venue, only 900 people or so, only standing places. It was intense. Superb atmosphere. Standing in the front row, shaked hands with Morrissey several times. Crowd singing out loud all the songs. One guy attempted to crowdsurf to a stage invasion, But alas he failed allthough Moz gave him the hand to hop on. One of my best gigs EVER !! VIVA MOZ

By the way... thank u Mikk for arranging the tickets for this UNFORGETTABLE night !!

  • why does morrissey insist on opening his sets with Blink 182 versions of his songs? this time it's a Blink 182 version of Charming Man and last tour it was a Blink 182 version of Playboys. It's not as if Jesse can't get it right. Type 'morrissey still ill e4' into youtube and there is a fine example of jesse and the band playing a difficult Marr riff perfectly with the correct tone. I just don't understand. Although, this version of Charming Man has alowed for a slightly modified vocal melody on the "return the ring" line, which I am in favour of. Thoughts anyone?...

Had a great time at Watt in Rotterdam. Small but very nice venue. He should play more shows in venues like this. Makes it a bit more intimate.

His voice was strong from the very first start, Morrissey seemed to be in a good mood. Perfect. The crowd responded enthousiasticly to all the songs. Especially those Smiths songs. And what a great way to open the show! This Charming Man, a classic!

Highlight of the show: How Soon Is Now?
Brilliant live version, so strong! Morrissey did change some of the lyrics (like he usually does) and that made it even better!

Morrissey IS a and always WILL BE a (hairy assed) rocker to me!!!

Moz was fabulous.. No doubt there!!!

But that horrible after party!! WTF????
    The worst afterparty ever...
I heard two Smiths songs and one Morrissey within 1,5 hour...

    That DJ was complete shite!!
We don't want to hear other music.... that's what we do at home sometimes (well, some of us do..)..
but after a MOZ gig, all we really want to do is celebrate our beloved MOZ and dance to all HIS fantastic songs and drink, and laugh and sing along etc....

if you put on a afterparty, play at least 80% smiths/moz, or don't bother at all!!!!

that DJ clearly had no f***ing clou about us moz posse at all!

  • I do agree that the setlist should be "re-thouched".

Moz if you read this please dont forget the International Playboys and if it is not asking too much Bigmouth strikes again.

    It would be perfect.

    Tank you very much.

See you in Frankfurt and Koln. We cant wait for it.
