My name is Alex, and I have a college radio show @ CSU Fresno, in Cali. I play hardcorepunk every Wednesday night, except every first Wednesday of each month when I have the SMITHS/MORRISSEY night! Iwelcome everyone in the Fresno area to listen to 90.7 KFSR FM this WEDNESDAY from midnight to 3 am.

  • I lived in Visalia '79-'93, in '85 I got my first car and would go to Fresno regularly. When I got there I would drive and drive (or ride my bike) listening to The Smiths because the architecture of the Tower, downtown/Fulton, Fcc/High School, and Van Ness districs mixed with the music so well; The Queen is Dead/Salford Lads Club photo is very Fresno-esque. But I was like the only one...never had friends to do this with. It figures cool people would show up after I move away. I heard Visalia opened a skatepark, too, about 10 years late.

  • Sorry for the subject title, I just thought that was funny.

Melinda and I used to DJ at KFSR 90.7, great fun. We both played Smiths/Morrissey music, although most of my set was mostly new indie and "Britpop".

Are you torn in two when I talk to you? Because I'm torn in three when you talk to me.
