  • I like Moz and his fiddle (OK, it's a violin.) Now that's an image I'd never expected to see in my lifetime.

I'm just glad the original idea of Moz in a ballerina tutu was nixed at the 11th hour.

Enjoy the Palladium show oh, patrons of high Art.

Also they are all now slowly but surely appearing on Ebay. 2 tickets 6 rows back for £299! Crap! If they are all going to be like this then it is not going to be fun. There is no way I am going to pay £150 per ticket for every gig. Morrissey may find himself alone at the front with a lot of empty seats.

  • I'm in floods of tears - I've loved Morrissey for over 20 years, and he's playing in London ON MY BIRTHDAY (surely that had to be a good omen ... or so I thought). I've taken the morning off work to get tickets, but after about 80 calls and constantly trying via the internet too, it's now sold out and I've got nothing. I'm totally gutted. I really feel for everyone else out there in the same position.

I want to go to the Birmingham gig but I'm not getting my hopes up as I think it'll be a nightmare to get them

Idiot should get his facts right. Shows the intelligence of these scum. The general consensus I am hearing is that people are just not going to buy off Ebay and they will lose out. I would rather not go at all and just go to non seated gigs and listen to the album at home than make these tossers' day.

  • After about 20 years of going to see Morrissey and The Smiths - over 20 gigs and hundreds of pounds spent over the years - I'm seriously thinking of not bothering this time.

If the same fracas happens next week when the regionals go on sale - lets face it - if the agents can't cope with 3 shows - how will they cope with over 20, and we are expected to cough up the best part of £40 per ticket - you can forget it.

Nor am I letting myself get screwed by some shark on Ebay - its just not worth it, I'll wait for the inevitable DVD to come out instead.

I'm going into the Liverpool Philharmonic box office later to see if they are selling hard copy tickets there on Friday - or is it just online sales - otherwise I will have to think twice.
