What on earth...... (Score:0)
That said I wouldn't miss it for the world!
Message to Moz-We love the single and will buy it anyway so don't do this unless your really sure...
This is surely one occasion when we won't be angry if he cancels at the last minute?

I thought Morrissey was very witty and I don't doubt he'll be witty this time around too!

"A grave mistake for Morrissey to appear..."
"Morrissey was seen cringing in his geeen room..."
"all of this was hugely unsettling for Morrissey..."
"he fidgeted consistantly, tugged at his hair, often seemed short of breath on account of his frayed nerves, and persistantly glanced off-camera as if in search of the nearest escape route."
"...drawing a welcome curtain over quite possibly the longest 25 minutes of his career"
There are obviously some positive comments about the appearence but the general over-view is that the event was one Morrissey would prefer to forget.

They are of the same age, have very similar tastes in music and it's better that Morrissey appears on Ross's show than sycophantic slag Parkinson's, who wouldn't know him from Adam or where he was coming from. Ross probably "gets" Morrissey's music (if not the man).
It also means he's serious about promoting the album.

I've not read this before, nor seen the pictures. Why were there parts of the interview cut out? Has the whole interview ever been televised in its entirety?
Also, I don't remember this scathing attack on Bowie? Has Bowie ever responded?
JR: Imagine if David Bowie had them as an audience.
M: I think he’d like ANY audience.
[Audience oooohs and laughs]
JR: Now, now I know you had a tiff.
M: Well. Nothing like that happened. Now I know you love-
JR: I love David.
M: But do you know him, though?
JR: No, of course not. And I don’t want to either, really.
M: Well, they do call him David Showie. He’s a business, you know. He’s not really a person.
JR: You think so?
M: Trust me, Jonathan, I know.
JR: Now-
M: Why do you like him?
JR: I like him-
M: You like him because you liked him when you were 12.
JR: Yes. But I like his music now as well. Do you not like his new music?
M: Well my theory is that people fell in love with Ziggy Stardust and not really David Bowie. He doesn’t realise that.
JR: I don’t know. I liked the “Let’s Dance” period as well. Do you like that?
M : No!
JR: You didn’t like that?
M: No. Also, I think that when he was wonderful it was just the people around him in ‘71 & ‘72.
JR: No!-
M: -that gave him the hairstyle, that gave him the clothes, and gave him the-
JR: Morrissey. I think you’re being unnecessarily bitchy about it now.
M: The entire audience agrees with me.
[Audience laughs]
JR: That’s not true. They’ve gone quiet. They’re scared of you. They think you’re going to shut the door and say, “Thank God, they’ve gone.”

Moz should go on and sing but not do an interview if he's got any sense.
