Alain Whyte has a new side project called Setting Fires

An anonymous person writes:
Setting Fires is a songwriting collaboration between Alain Whyte and Mat Devine. They are putting out an ep in September on itunes that is going to have 4 songs on it. Dean Butterworth played drums on all of the tracks and Joe McGrath mixed the ep.

They posted up a song called "The Search" from their upcoming ep here:

  • Interesting project Alain's got going, but I never cared for Deano's drumming. Too mechanical and drum-machine like for me. Matt Walker is much better!
