As a big fan of Alternative rock and heavy distortion based guitar, I actually didn’t mind the album years of refusal as much as all the hate that album seems to get. What I’m sick of isn’t so much Jesse as a whole, but im getting bored with all the Latin Influence. It’s starting to become a...
I’m really anticipating the new album on the hopes that its in either a different direction or a return to form so to speak as I’ve just not enjoyed the Joe C. Produced era of Moz’s catalog. Nothing to do with Joe C. Just my way of referencing the part of Moz’s recording catalog that I am least...
As a multi instrumentalist player with not nearly the royalty checks Alain no doubt has accumulated over the years why is he so into that cheaper made Gretsch? it looks like it’s one of their $400-$800 budget Korean made line of Gretsch guitars. Why isn’t a guy at Alain’s level at least...
It’s all about the music. Has nothing to do with right or left. As far as I know morrissey isn’t running for office anytime soon nor does he plan on doing so. You might not agree with everything everyone says but some of us are here just for the music man. Just because the internet gives...
Teenager if the year is an amazing lp not one bad song on it! And an interesting fact Frank records all if his albums live to 2 track stereo. What you hear is what you get almost like a live album.

Lots of bands on the touring level of Morrissey have a musical director in the band. Often times this happens when there is a need for other instruments that are typically not the traditional drums, bass, keyboards, and guitar for rock. For example the great 60’s songwriter Brian Wilson of Beach...
I was under the impression that any new songs that Moz and Alain wrote won’t be on the new bonfire lp but possibly the next one after it? However I just read a comment on YouTube (prob not best source for info) but the comment said he is credited on this new album? Maybe he just played on it...
I too loved Quarry and although Years of Refusal isn’t in his top 3 or 5 in his discography I just used that album as an example of it being the last album to still kind of have one foot in the old as far as the quality of melodies.
I really hope this new album has a different producer. Im not blaming Joe as the music itself and sound of the albums are ok it’s just that every record he has produced World peace,Low in high,Cali Son, and Dog on a chain have all been my least favorites of Mozzas career.
Maybe I’m just...
