I dont think he played on Live For Today. I think thats a drum machine but I could be wrong. I am unclear what he did do in hawaii in '97. I would think he played some demos but i dont think its ever been made clear either way.

Well, that's from the bootleg "Rare Frequencies". I don't know how high it's regarded, if it's a good transduction (is that the word?) or not... It looks like it isn't.

Here's another fake FLAC I got, at least this sounds better. I don't know if someone ran some filters on it or if it's just a better transfer to digital or what:

I had a look & did a little research after I read your post. Sounds like a passionate community from what I've read, I don't blame them for having such restrictive entry requirements either.



Very much like me, I've always been under the impression that asking for invitations is a bit of a faux pas regardless of the site, if being a member is so important, it's worth putting the leg work (or should that be finger work) in first I suppose... I'm considering it.



Have to say I don't really have any interest in bootleg live albums of every gig they ever played or every unreleased demo ever recorded, I'm not such a completist in that respect.

My interest is purely limited to the commercially released singles (and assorted B-Sides) and albums, properly catalogued, credited and with high quality artwork.

I might, just might… consider sourcing the Christmas Fan Club singles too, not sure yet. Depends if I can source high quality versions or not.



Hahahaha I was actually just going to upload those, I acquired the 2 Aftermath CD's, the 2nd Wanderlust and the 2nd Electron Blue CD's only the other week.

Anyway, it wasn't my intention to simply just request things, I'd like to make a contribution too, if anyone is interested, I've uploaded the Enhanced CD files from the All The Way To Reno, Animal, Bad Day, Electron Blue, I'll Take The Rain & Wanderlust UK CD singles if anyone is interested in them for completions sake.

I should point out, because these files are several years old, if you use a Mac they'll only work on versions of Mac OS X up to 10.6 Snow Leopard, under Rosetta (however you can still play the video files in QuickTime or VLC regardless of what version of OS X you're running)

Not sure about Windows, because I don't use it. Only 'Wanderlust' definitely won't work on Windows, because it would appear that it was a Mac only Enhanced CD as there are no .exe files. All the videos will of course work however.

I don't have anything surprising, but a little bit from a lot of sources, sorted chronologically, and with as little redundancy as possible. Still a work in-progress, which is a little maddening but mostly thrilling!

Thanks to all y'all over here and at Murmurs for sharing rare tracks and lossless upgrades! It is appreciated. I will be listening to this stuff for the rest of my life and it's nice to get as close to the original waveform as possible.
