I like to eat a chicken sandwich while it plays in the background. I liken it to eating Taco Bell and drinking Rum and Baja Blast Mountain Dew while watching The Biggest Loser.

It is the show that is on NBC before "Lost." I usually watch it as I am eating dinner right after I get home before I watch "Lost."
