I DON’T KNOW WHY MY MOTHER IS DEAD

“Following a stroke, her recovery was remarkable.
She had three extensive head-to-toe examinations by the NHS who could find nothing amiss.
Four days following the third all-clear examination I was told that my mother had three weeks to live.
Nine days later she had withered and died without any attempt by the NHS to save her life.
Once the NHS waves you off with paracetamol, get ready to meet your maker.
The official cause of my mother’s death was not the trendy and unquestionable “covid” - but, instead, cancer of the gallbladder … which had gone undetected by the NHS during their three thorough investigations.
How I wish to all gods that my mother had expressed no faith in the NHS.
She might still be alive today.”

yes. There is no UK home and there is no business association in the UK. If you know how to look and where to look it is all out there..

He performs in the UK. His mother lived in a house he likely bought & has obvs has family ties to. Where are looking that shows his accountant got round those issues?

10 years ago my beloved grandmother was diagnosed with stage 3 bowel cancer. She was 85 years old at the time. Her doctors gave us two options: Do nothing and let her eventually die within 6 months, or surgery which would have a 50/50 chance of success. Our family was divided on this. My uncle wanted to go ahead with the surgery. I did not. I thought it seemed unnecessarily invasive on her weakened body (by this time, she was mostly immobilized). My mother just cried and cried. We fought about it for a week. Ultimately, my grandmother decided HERSELF to proceed with the surgery. She recovered. She's 95 now. And one day soon, she will ascend.

All my love to Morrissey and to every person who is struggling to care for an elderly parent under healthcare systems constrained by decades of neoliberal austerity. I wish for all of us to be governed by the sensible Norwegians, Singaporeans, and the Danes -all of whom have created policies of extremely well-funded long term care to aid in the difficult time of the decade beyond autumn of our lives.

What a brave woman and an amazing story. I was given that option, but my dad was 86 with dementia and weak. He'd suffered a strangulated hernia which i witnessed and initially thought was dead. The doctors didn't think he'd survive an operation, so I let nature take it's course...which it did after a few months in hospital.

You make excuses for him when the rest of us can read English and we all heard the recordings.

You complain about people leading to conclusions that are not there but actually it is you who always twists the words by adding self opinionated theories to them to state what he is saying but there is nothing in the actual text that backs up what you always say.

There are people on here you are saying the NHS should be abolished because that is their own opinion but I haven't seen anyone state Morrissey has said he wants to abolish the NHS.

He has though criticised the NHS very clearly in relation to the reason his mother died and to not see that suggests some comprehension issues. You can only take what is there in black and white. By adding your own idea of what he actually means is not factual, it is your own theory, and not backed up by anything that is real.

You're the one who can't back it up - that's pure waffle.

The article wasn't a transcription of the audio. So you should have noticed the bits that were missing. She also claimed he kept her waiting as a power move when he told her he'd been up all night, so it's more likely he was asleep.

As for the conversation on here - maybe you should read it.

After her funeral in L.A., NO SHE IS NOT BURIED AT HOLLYWOOD FOREVER NEXT TO MORRISSEYS PLOT SO DO NOT COME HERE!!! It was detailed that she was visiting family in Dublin, had a seizure and was taken to a hospital in England for "better care" which like Morrissey stated was the downfall. Morrisseys hatred of British people has always been strong, but the hatred now must be enormous but I guess he still wants your British money even after all these years.

Very sad and sorry to hear.
Them Doctors miss and mislabel things all the time.
Then there's many of them Doctors who get things right.
Ya just never know.

complete tosh.
so you have special insight into the beneficial ownership register for UK property that doesn't currently exist?
"business association" - you mean you searched on Companies House? So how do you know what shareholdings he might have then? you mean you searched for him on the register of directors. so what?

come on, enlighten us mr expert.

Tax payments for performers are an endless headache. I don't know what his set-up is - but he's not been caught in a tax shelter or expenses scandal & his accountant has to submit something no matter where he's resident.

Here is some of the faff he'd have to go through even if he became an American.

Why would he be caught in a scandal? I never suggested he was doing anything illegal.

Performers generally have a business/corporate entity in which to receive payments for their work. You can look up most artists resident in the UK and you will find their business connection and their accounts.

He ensures he remains as a tax exile. There is nothing illegal with that but hugely questionable morally especially when he keeps moaning about things that need taxation to work.

You will find no current business connections for him in which to receive payments for work etc. There are old connections registered but long closed.

Promoters don't just send a cheque to artists or leave a suitcase of cash in their room anymore. Regulation these days is huge and it would be very difficult for a promoter to pay an artist without the revenue knowing about it and it gets paid usually to a company which is the tax efficient way to do it rather than paying them cash directly to a personal bank account which would also then be known to the HMRC.

Having a company entity artists are then able to manage a tax structure correctly including employing people such as band members, crew and management etc. It wouldn't be possible to run a "company" this large with so many employees without a corporate entity of some kind and there isn't one in the UK.

Everything is connected these days and everyone in financial regulation can see most things. Big brother is watching.

So it would only make sense if that business entity is not in the UK and payments go offshore and he remains a tax exile and non domicile as he has been since he went to LA and that hasn't changed.

This is completely off topic though but you like doing that so getting back to the point, the NHS is dependent on tax payments.

So what if he performs in the UK? Artists who come here to perform from overseas don't pay UK tax.
The house was his mothers.

There is no difficult issue with this to overcome. It is fairly easy relatively.

You keep going off topic.

Lets stick to Morrissey's words on the NHS which is what this thread is about?

It is absolutely clear to most people that he has criticised the NHS in this. There are no missing words, not even yours. It is black and white and in bold. Do you need it in BIG?

no and no and no.

He doesn't have a UK home and he isn't registered as a UK tax payer and hasn't been for a long time.

He has been staying with his mother and she owned that house.

Well, if it was and her "socialist" principals......it did for her..didn't it?

no it didn't. Cancer did it for her. Unless you think it is possible to cure a cancer with a less than 10% survival rate in a matter of weeks?

But what has that got to do with this scenario? She was diagnosed of gallbladder cancer weeks ago.

Do you suggest someone could have cured it in a matter of weeks?

Survival rate of this type of cancer is less that 10% and that 10% is mostly within the under 50 age groups, not someone in their 80s.
The question only the family know is why wasn't she diagnosed earlier?
