Morrissey solo songs at Smiths gigs?

This is all wishfull thinking.
Here's the scenario; The Smiths get back together (not sure if Mike's behind the kit). They are only playing material from Morrissey's solo catalog. Morrissey notices you in the pit, rocking out having a grand ol time, and asks you, "Do you have any requests?"
What Morrissey solo tune would you like to hear The Smiths play? And why?
Also, in the event that pink pigs start flying through the air and The Smiths do get back together, should they play some material off of Morrissey's solo career? What about some of Johnny's post Smiths ventures? (The The, Electronic etc etc)
Thoughts?

Now the Moz solo song, Id request would be Jack The Ripper. I'd LOVE to see Johnny do a massive guitar solo on this track...I could already see his guitar going up in flames from the jam out. f***in PARAMOUNT!!!:guitar:

Hmm..I'm not sure..As good as I'm sure Johnny would make Moz-solo work, it just wouldn't feel right for me. A Smiths reunion (which, there never will be) should just be Smiths material, IMO. Even if the scenario was just Moz and Johnny. It should be Smiths stuff. :blushing:

I'd have to rate the chances of an extended Smiths reunion, especially also covering solo material, at virtually zero probability. It's not realistic. However, you could very likely see such a performance. CGI technology is developing rapidly, we've come a long way from Tron to Revenge of The Sith. Scaled down versions of the technology being used in films are even available commercially for anybody with the inclination. Here is quick clip of an example of higher-end modern computer animation;

This technology is improving really fast, digital movie characters are quickly approaching the point where they will be so sophisticated they will be indistinguishable from reality. Like cell phones or the internet, this technology will become cheap and ubiquitous. I'd say, barring some existential cataclysm you should be able to program you're own Morrissey gig, with whatever lineup you want, Johnny Marr, even Joyce on drums if you want, you'll be able to pick the venue, setlist, even customize the wardrobe. You could have Moz circa "Maladjusted" singing, with "Strangeways'" era Johnny Marr on lead guitar, Gene Simmons on bass, and John Bonham on drums, playing "You Have Killed Me." Not that you'd necessarily want to. I'd say this should be available within the next ten years, easy. Probably much sooner.

It seems surreal listening to Johnny Marr sing backing vocals on this, I wonder how he felt about it. The guitars are o.k. but the main singing is terrible. I think Morrissey's current band play it better:guitar:
