morrisseytour.com is over -thank God.

They could have done so much more. Just think, hang around the band for months on a nightly basis and only report back superficial little incounters, answers to pathetic, tedious child like questions such as (I could quote hundreds of stupid little things but I'm sure everyone here on the list has been subjected enough..) Oh and let's also arrange to be given set lists after the shows --all of it was so bloody fake. Talk about wasting 8 of 9 lives!

It does take strength to be gental and kind so I'll give them credit. They did upload set lists and digital pictures often -they did do a good job with that.

I know what do I do? I just sit here...seems a pity (my jealousy) -doesn't it?

you know.... i was waiting for the DIRT... they got the chance to be around the band so very much.. they could fill us in on what they REALLY are like. But maybe they didn't get to see that.. who knows? I'm sure they saw Alain doing something naughty.. oh well.. what journalism

If they DID report the "naughty" stuff, do you thik they'd CONTINUE to have access to them?

Personally, I'll wait for tell-all book. ;)

I must agree, a very wasted opportunity. If I had rich parents who would fund me, I'm sure I would have done a better job. Jealous? Yes. But thats always the way. Seems to me that they were a bit nieve, and more than just a bit despariging about the UK. And of course the Sack sycophancy was annoying.

They're not very good writers, that's their problem. They have great computer skills (although, m-solo is better because it will work on simpler web browsers), but following Moz all over the world with your laptop isn't gonna cut it. I'm not jealous of them at all, if I had done what they'd done I've never be able to listen to another Morrissey CD again. Seriously.

I'd have to agree. Now each and everyone of us here loves Morrissey to varying degrees, but to expend yourself to such lengths to follow a tour is one thing, but the material produced doesn't seem to match the time and energy spent. Don't think I am entirely ungrateful. I did check the site from time to time, though I always chose this site (Morrissey-Solo) as my primary source of tour information.

In the end, whenever I saw the girls who ran the website at any show, they seemed harried and their demeanor unpleasant and inconsistent with what you would think one would be like prior to a show. I guess that's what following dozens of shows can do to a person. Nevertheless...if one can do such things, then by all means....
