Not sure what you mean by part 2.
This is the entire book.
It was posted here a long time ago in 2 sections and that gave rise to a Peepholism part 1 & 2.
The above post is simply the whole thing.

I assumed that with Part 2 was meant that someone made a boo(t)(k)leg with everything post-Beethoven is Deaf.
 
I lost my copy ,thanks to hurricane Harvey looking for another, but not at $100. I rather get rhino singles Smith box set 12 CD....
