Stephen King's next novel

billy-read.jpeg

Kirkus review of Billy Summers here, beware of Spoilers!

Excerpt:

"Murder most foul and mayhem most entertaining. Another worthy page-turner from a protean master."

Stephen King's Cell, the film, is just £1.99 to buy on Amazon. This is the HD streaming version. I have the dvd, but £1.99 for the HD digital copy is bloody cheap.

King co-wrote the screenplay.

Films based on books usually fall short. Cell is a really good film. If you've read the book, you should enjoy the film. Ignore the differences. Is Cell as good as The Green Mile or The Shawshank Redemption? Not quite. But it's still a blast!

Anyone else found cool Stephen King related merchandise on the web?

For anyone thinking about collecting first editions of Stephen King's novels, there are a lot of scammers out there. Just pick a random Stephen King novel, search for a first edition of it on Ebay and the chances are, the one you've selected isn't a first edition. The seller(s) knows this.

Two very useful links here, one of which is from Stephen King's website and compiled by Bev Vincent. It has also been updated to include King's latest novel, Billy Summers. Stephen King Collector is also an invaluable resource. If you are looking for a first edition Stephen King novel, you can't go wrong if you follow the info supplied by these two links:
