I'd add the end of Cinema Paradiso when the older Toto views all the censored clips of film kept by Alfredo and is brought to tears as he sees kiss after kiss after kiss.

one of my fav' scenes is from 'The Family Way' it's near the end when the penny finally drops for Ezra to realise what happened to his best mate Billy, I cry buckets every time.

'Stop Me If You Think You've Heard This One Before'!
