Morrissey sends his deepest sentiments...you can kiss his ass!

Morrissey walked into Hollywood Friday night without a star on the Hollywood walk of fame, without imprints at Mann's Chinese Theatre, and without a Record Label or sponsor...leaving a lasting impression on the american music industry, namely, record company executives and an adoring fans...drawing a sell-out audience at the Universal Amphitheatre. Who is the greatest musician then, Harry Houdini or Stephen Patrick Morrissey? Selling out the Universal Amphitheatre is a feat many popular and top selling artists cannot accomplish...and good old Mozzer non-shalantly and independently was able to send a message, loud and clear, to those who believe he doesn't have it anymore. He might as well have pulled his trousers down and tattooed a bullseye on his right cheek to guide the record company peopleas to where to plant their lips. It was a grand evening...and morrissey was in a great mood despite the audio problems he was having on stage. I was also very displeased by the sound quality at the Universal Amphithatre....err....with the volume more so than the mixing. It sounded as if the music was being played through 100 of those free radios you can receive by getting a subscription to TV Guide...well, not the bad...but for the size of the venue, it's a great parrallel. At least there really wasn't a bad seat in the house. See you all in Irvine...bring your favorite riot attire...it may get crazy.
