I take a lot of the philosophy from sports and apply it all over my life. Life, family, career and sports are a process, never staying the same and little tweeks or self evaluation are required to move forward through that process. It got me thinking this morning reading a thread on solo. This is where Morrissey and I are clearly different. I am a seeker of improvement, better processes, better performance, better relationships. As such, and the fact that I don't know everything, I seek out the experts who can guide me with their wisdom. The above slide says it all. You can't do the same things over and over and then cry foul when it doesn't work the way you want it.
