I think quite the opposite. I think he enjoys residencies, possibly more than other, single shows. Several nights in one location, without the hassle of travel, and a big payout. I think we can expect to see more residences and not less in the near future.
I have that and think it's an awesome record. When Morrissey played in Forest Hills in 2019, he opened by saying "Viva Ramones" as he was in their home territory for the first time ever (playing a gig in Queens).
I was at the MSG show mentioned above in '91 and was trying to recall her set but that explains it. She wasn't there. Although I didn't remember seeing her, I was still not sure if it was just my memory failing me.
The venue is so beautiful it's worth it be in the building no matter where one is sitting. I spent some time admiring the unique way everything was so meticulously preserved, repainted and restored. There is not one piece of chipping paint or flaws. The little cherub statues all around are...

Been to many shows like this even from the first row had obstructed views. Sometimes the venue will note it as such but most of the time they won't. They will sell the ticket full price even if you are in front of a brick wall side stage. And it's tough to check these things out beforehand as...
I kind of live in the middle of it and Kings Theatre so it will take me the same amount of time as it took to get to King's Theatre in Brooklyn. It's out-of-the way for most, and not a tourist spot (good or bad depending on how you look at it).
