Are David Tseng and Mr Improper the same person?

Could it be that Mr Improper is just Mr Hyde to David's Dr. Jeckyll?

Could it be that David's the man behind the curtain to whom we're to pay no attention, while Improper spouts and breathes fire?

David, the mad scientist behind the machine that is MS.com. Plugged into the matrix like a character from Gibson. VR-goggles strapped to his face, snorting Folger's crystals while scanning the whole of the internet for sightings and mentions of Moz.

But sometimes the pressure builds to critical mass. And then like a golden-age comic anti-hero, he can suppress the urge no longer. Enter Improper, kicking and screaming. "Who are you, who dare disturb my WORK?!!"
