HANG THE UPS STAFF!!

Hopefully this only hapened to me, ups lost my ticket for the Santa Barbara concert but, at ticketmaster I was told that showing my credit
card I was not suposed to have any problem at all to gain acess. But
I wonder if that is really that easy. If this hapened to anyone who
actually read this message, please let me know how was your situation.

Oscar,

You are NOT alone! I ordered my tickets on the 4th of Sept for the SB show and they were allegedly sent on the 9th, which I still have not received. I finally e-mailed ticketmaster and they gave me the tracking number for my package but on the UPS website there was no info on it, so then I called UPS and they said the same thing - then they told me to get in touch with ticketmaster so TM could issue a trace on the package being that they are the shipper. Errr! And I am still waiting for a response...this is horrible!!!
