I was giggling as my wife squermed under the tattooists needle this afternoon.... Only joking!

When There is a Light came on - it was err... very interesting? That'll do it. I asked who it was and they showed me the CD:

Any one heard it? It was fascinating!

He is an artist from Berlin, that cover was released a while ago. I didn't love it but also thought it was interesting.
