Unfortunately I don't have a copy but I know at least one person that has a copy. There should be more copies around. I missed one on the Utrecht record fair more than 10 years ago. There was a South African seller and I had to wait for somebody who was looking through the 7" stock and he...
Re: Grilfriend In A Coma and Strangways Green mispressings.. Very fishy here..
This is a nice example of light exposure too....:thumb:

Last week I bought a German Ouija Board 12" cardboard print on eBay. On the glossy side they printed the 12" front and on the back side (non-glossy) the 12" back. It doesn't look like the UK The Smiths or Morrissey proof sleeves but could this be a German proof sleeve? On the pictures: the...
Hello Jeff,
I am sure the French Swords promo CD-r is for 100% legit. Up to now I have found several copies and they all came from different French sellers (record fairs & eBay). I also have a Russian YATQ cassette but I guess with most Russian releases it is not easy to say if they are 100%...
Re: Smiths Top 100 Record Collector March 2014
The blank Rank sleeve including a white label test pressing was already mentioned in the Top 100 from 2005. The last sentence is reading "If you own one, expect the value to rise". I remember seeing a copy on eBay more than 10 years ago...
Just curious, I found a version of the Canadian The Queen Is Dead CD which is different from the one I already own (same as described on PJLM). Could this be an earl version of the Canadian The Queen Is Dead CD? The 'early' version is the lower CD in the pictures.
Take care, Marcel
From the PJLM collectors appendix:
The disc (Made in Holland) differs from the UK disc by the additional "BIEM/STEMRA" publishing credit and "Made In Holland" beneath the Compact Disc logo on the left side, and by the incorrect credit "Trk 1 taken from the forthcoming album Your Arsenal" in...
Re: Unknown (....at least to me) The Smiths & Morrissey Chrysalis promo 2CD-r sets
Hello X,
They were 35 Euro each but I could buy them both for 60 Euro. As a present the seller gave me a CD from The Morning Benders - Big Echo. According to him any Smiths or Morrissey fan should listen to...
Re: Unknown (....at least to me) The Smiths & Morrissey Chrysalis promo 2CD-r sets
Hello IR,
Thanks! You are right, I just checked the web archive version of PJLM and found the The Smiths promo. So, it has been on PJLM for a while.
Take care, Marcel
I bought these two The Smiths and Morrissey Chrysalis promo 2CD-r sets on the record fair in Utrecht last weekend. Up to now I had never seen these promo's. I bought them from a Swedish seller and he had bought them from a Swedish record company that has moved to new building and decided to sell...
I know, there won't be any new collectors appendix launched by Stephane. But I am pretty sure the BMG record club Strangeways CD was not listed in the collectors appendix. The big difference is found in the back inlay, on the left is the Columbia House issue and on the right is the BMG record...
Jane Jones/Andrew Jones is still active. This Japanese Ringleader promo CD-r was for sale on eBay yesterday, it was sold within a few hours. There is a picture of the real Japanese promo CD-r on Vulgar Picture/Morrissey 2006 (Thanks Flax!).
Take care, Marcel
