Fair enough, but unless you're Gary, Boz or Alain, and that's a specific insight into the politics of smoking around Morrissey, I think maybe you're missing my point. I'd read from several sources that Morrissey disliked being around smoke and thus, having seen footage of the musicians smoking around him, had to wonder whether he'd mellowed on the subject. Morrissey wasn't Marr or Rourke's boss, so it's not quite the same situation.
I wasn't judging you; I don't smoke but I have a degree of sympathy with other folks' compulsive habits; I'm hell on legs if I don't get my hot chocolate fix.
