Uh, sorry but Geoff was not at ALL to blame, he was the head of their record company, whatever went on within the band and their management was nothing to do with him.
And what shady contracts do you mean? There were no contracts, that's what caused all the problems! If they'd signed something then Mike and Andy couldn't have sued them.
If you want to blame someone, blame Bruce and Rick, they're the ones who went back on their word.
