Thank you for your response. I do not think the author of this to be "Theo," as it contains information which he is not in a position to know; and he does not strike me as someone to be perversely dishonest.

If the pseudononymous "concerned citizen" is reading this I would like to say that if your intention was only to be helpful, you should have made such confirmation possible so as not to render your sincerity suspect.
