Renting a room in London

Me and my girlfriend are planning to live and work in London for about 6 months in the end of this summer. We are now looking around for some place to stay.

Any brittish websites with useful information regarding this subject would be much appreciated.

...Or if there is someone here who would like to rent out a room for two morrissey-loving people, in there twenties for some months (from the end of august/beg. september) are very welcome to send me a pm to [email protected] or drop me a line here at m-s.

London is very expensive to rent.Last year i spend 6 months in london payed £400 for a room in brixton that you could not swing a cat in go for youth hostels.
