As much as I haven't ever watched the show, but I have heard enough about it to know what it is all about, I think the combo of Morrissey and that woman from "The Weakest Link" would be pretty funny...

Can you imagine? She would be baffled by his sarcastic witty comments right back at her condescending, though I've heard they are funny, ones. What a sniping show!

Laura

P.S. if anyone lives in LA and happens to listen to Kevin and Bean in the a.m. on KROQ (the ONLY reason I listen to that station anymore...man has it gone downhill!), they do a fake "Weakest Link" and give out some nice prizes...their parody of it is great. That is one nice thing I have caught on their show as of late, as well as that guy (I believe his name is Unique?) that is some Britany Spears dope who runs a website...get this, he is 25, still lives at home and has no ambition to get a job. He spends a week at a time not going outside...all he does is sit around and looks at other Britany Spears websites...How sad is that? There is more, but this is lengthy, and half of you will have NO idea what I am talking about anyway!

don't knock it!

hey, wait a minute....that sounds like pre-smith's Morrissey!

"I'm going to quit my real job to write 40 page long books on James Dean"

Hahaha...That's very funny! I never correlated those two myself...Morrissey/James Dean, and some guy named Unique/Britany Spears. Classic.

Kevin and Bean are sad

They used to rag on Rick Dees for not being able to relate to the music he plays and being too old for a young audience. Now they are in the same position. Lisa May is usually good, though. But they are really mean people. "They think its very clever to be cruel to people" and mask it as humour. Remember Michael the Maintenance Guy and what they did to him. Now, if I'm not mistaken, one of them lives in Washington and does the morning show for L.A. I don't know which I despise more about the morning program, the dj's, or 80% of the music they currently play.

True...

I haven't an iota about their actual residential quarters...however, I am and have been a listener on and off since they arrived to KROQ over 10 years ago so I have been subject to their cruelty for as long. I agree they are ruthless and immature far too often, so that is why I hardly listen to them. I do know that Bean is an animal lover, as they will ocassionally poke fun at his fascination with cows...(I hear he takes pictures of pastures of them when he is on a road trip as if he were photographing the Grand Canyon...).

This is my usual morning routine, as I have to get the girls to school by 8:30...

1. get in car and listen to a CD of some sort...I don't let my children hear the radio shows, no matter WHAT I am listening to!

2. Drop kiddos off, and adjust radio to Star 98.7...I really like Jamie and Danny in the morning. She used to get on my nerves, but I have noticed she has improved since she has gone through some relationship sh.it lately.

3. If it is a commercial I check KROQ to see what is going on there. Sometimes it is just static, as I live up against a mountain in BF whatever Orange County...

4. Stop and get first diet coke of day at Am/Pm. It is a MUST in beginning anything that I do this.

So, if I have to drive to LA in the A.M., I usually play a game of try 98.7, and move on to KROQ if there is a commercial, or I get bored with whatever they are doing. If both are unsuccessful, or they are both playing crap, or I just don't feel like listening to anyone other than myself sing, I turn it all off and opt for one of my own selections. There- I know you have all been anxiously awaiting my morning musical routine!!!

Hmm, I'm sorry???

> he is my big brother

I hope you are kidding- and if you aren't, I apologize for my insensitive comments...and I apologize that you are related to someone who's main word is some form of "yup" but comes out more like " 'ep"...seems like an interesting fellow. Why don't you get him outta the house more often?
