Morrissey (identified as "Morissey," though!) is number 94 on the Telegraph's list of Top 100 Living Genius. Of course, he's number one for us. See the rest of the list here:

The UK newspaper The Telegraph has reported on a survey undertaken by researchers to discover the top 100 living geniuses.

Morrissey was named on the list at number 94, a ranking I was delighted to see he shares with Dolly Parton. Hysterical!

You can read the story here: British brains dominate list of living geniuses.

Look at this link from British broadsheet The Guardian. It's about a Top 100 list of living geniuses - Moz is mentioned in the article (although he's not in the top ten). Quite interesting read:

Hey, you probbably heard this already, but last night (sat) at the MEN Arena, The Arcade Fire played 'Still Ill'. Win said that something along the lines of not only were they playing the song because it was 'from here' but because it was one of the reasons he started playing music.

It was a decent version... amongst a stunning set!

Anybody headed to the Boston show tonight should be aware that the Red Sox parade is planned for today at 12:00 noon and will be passing by the area of the Orpheum.

The rally itself should be finished before the time of the show, but there will still be thousands of people in Boston - that's going to have an impact on traffic, parking, and mass transit. The MBTA is advising that PM peak trains "will incur unusual crowding and significant delays".

Also, be advised, many in the City of Boston will be highly intoxicated and trying to dance the Papelbon Jig while singing Dropkick Murphys songs. If these people frighten you, say something derogatory about the NY Yankees, high five them, and keep moving. Don't say you weren't warned...
