That's a great price, plus aren't the repairs tax deductible? The real problem, at least in NJ, is getting people to show up and do the work. Have you been eyeing the properties for 12 years? I'm sure you will do great with them. Halloween is such a great day to close.

Of course he does...hes' been coming here for years...He digs the beef bowls... He says they're better than anything he can get in the dominican republic and he's a huge morrissey fan.
