The last two sold for 6 and 11 cents on eBay; I'd call that widely available.

Ha! Those were mine. The problem with this single is that both eBay and Amazon screw up their auto-lookups and usually list it as single #1 (which is how I wound up with those 2 extra copies). I eventually got the real #1 (with "No One Can Hold a Candle to You") only after expressly asking about 10 different sellers to double-check their copies.

I think that I wound up paying $7-10 for CD single #1.
