The more you look into these things, the more fascinating it gets. The conditions have to be so perfect for a child to be concieved, I'm surprised that so many are born. People must have sex a lot.

Have unprotected sex with ten random ladies, and the risk is higher that you get an STD, than you make them pregnant.

of course they would, however, marriages without children have a far shorter "life expectancy" than those with them
this is not to say that children really reduce the chances of divorce, more that they just make it take longer to happen

Couples who try and have kids tend to have sex for a few months till they get pregnant, then no sex till they want more. Plus it's more like...lets have sex just so you can get me pregnant, lets have sex again...and again...and again in the same position.
