Are YOU for real?

Anyone with any knowledge of Morrissey's tours over the years will know that he has ALWAYS played places off the beaten track. He should be congratulated for it, not subjected to petty moaning because you have to get off your backside and figure out how to get there

While pharr is admittedly terrible, the cities to its west are slightly more well known. Mcallen and mission texas are decently populated. And while not the most interesting cities bands do come and play here. Local venues host between 3500- 7500 people for the more popular shows

Re: Article: More rumored concerts - Seattle, WA (Nov. 8), Bellingham, WA (Nov. 10),

well i for one will be travelling over for at least two of the concerts, i love the smaller venues, i cant wait to get lost in my hire car...roll on the tour dates and dont give up just yet on the east coast people..manc lad

He should play in Marfa, TX...it's still on the border and connected to James Dean. San Antonio, I believe, is just north.

hey punk i'll compare the size of my Morrissey weiner against yours anyday. I know plenty of his tours so shut up. I don't call playing in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio and Houston "as always played places off the beaten track". Look up the last few tours. stupid.

it makes no sense as he will not have full houses. and i've traveled all around for tours so stfu again with your unknowing comments.

I didn't underestimate anything. I looked at a map and thought San Antonio looked close to Marfa. No big deal.

And what holiday would that be? If any of this is true, Wichita Falls is on Nov 28. Thanksgiving is on Nov 22, so it sounds like Nov 28 would be a great day to play Wichita Falls. Pharr is essentially McAllen and Mission TX and has the added benefit of being a border town. It looks like a pretty smart move on Morrissey's part.

haha oh man, i love texas but it's such a piece of shit getting anywhere...wichita falls...is like 9 hours from where i am, and marfa is like 5...but i'd rather him have it in marfa.

Re: Article: More rumored concerts - Seattle, WA (Nov. 8), Bellingham, WA (Nov. 10),

Agreed, I do love texas but to go anywhere especially where I live is difficult. I've become accustomed to driving 5 to 9 hours

Re: Article: More rumored concerts - Seattle, WA (Nov. 8), Bellingham, WA (Nov. 10),

The LA show is going to be HUGE if it's at the Staples Center.
Saving up cause I know for good tickets, it's going to cost a pretty penny.
