Lets play a game. I will start. I think every Morrissey album up until Maladjusted have been great and solid. Viva Hate - Southpaw Grammar are wonderful albums from start until finish. After that it is so so. So let puts all the songs(that you like) from Maladjusted to YOR (Not including B-sides, expanded editions Swords singles, best of or GH) to one album or as many as you like. I will start.

Morrissey - Album (You Name it)
1-Maladjusted
2-Alma Matters
3-Trouble Loves Me
4-Wide To Receive
5-Irish Blood, English Heart
6-I Have Forgiven Jesus
7-The World Is Full Of Crashing Bores
8-How Can Anybody Possibly Know How I Feel?
9-First Of The Gang To Die
10-All The Lazy Dykes
11-Dear God Please Help Me
12-You Have Killed Me
13-Life Is A Pigsty
14-I Just Want To See The Boy Happy
15-Something Is Squeezing My Skull
16-I'm Throwing My Arms Around Paris
17-That's How People Grow Up
18-It's Not Your Birthday Anymore
19-I'm OK By Myself

That would be two albums, or one and an EP. I know there are a lot of good b-sides. But they should of been on the LP. So just using Maladjusted, Quarry, Ringleader and Years, what would be you album or albums?

Next?

Er, actually I think the post-Southpaw albums are as a group much stronger than the pre-Maladjusted, but that aside:

5. Satan Rejected my Soul
6. First of the gang to die
7. The world is full of crashing bores
8. Come Back to Camden
9, Irish Blood, English Heart
10. You have killed me
11. I have forgiven Jesus
12. Life is a Pigsty
13. Dear God please help me
14. You have killed me
15. Something is squeezing my skull
16. Mama lay softly on the riverbed
17. Some day goodbye will be farewell
18. You were good in your time
19. It's not your birthday
20. I'm OK by myself

cheers
