Could any of you British folks tell me if this has actually appeared on shelves in the UK? According to the British Amazon site, it was released in August of 2001 and ships in 2-3 days. On the American site, it says it is to be published on Sept. 6, 2001, and is only available for pre-order.

Surely this didn't slip out without being reported here?
