DOUBLE VOMIT AND SO THEY SPEW ,FROM THE GATES OF MORDOR AND THE ZOMBIES ROSE FROM THE DEAD.

this van you are talking about, you do know that most american serial killers use a van to snare their prey, think you could be worth a watch in the future.
for any newcomers there was a girl who atteneded a morrissey concert years ago and on her way back home was murdered by a serial killer,so sad.
You Scotts are notoriously tacky and don't read well. I don't own a van, you Scottish knucklehead. Go back to listening to Rod Stewart sing American show tunes.

Very well.

I agree that no one should be surprised by what he said about work, but one can’t expect everyone (who calls themselves a fan) to agree.

and in reply, I said ….

an uninformed fan? sure.

Huh? No, we can’t expect that every Morrissey fan should agree with his thoughts on employment.

Wow. Didn’t say that at all.

I said that they may be uninformed about his views on employment.

In any sense of the word, are you a Morrissey fan?

Yep, have every album and seen him every time he’s toured in the UK (when he’s turned up)

Really? ‘every time’ ?

Then how about all the times that you didn’t see him when he’s toured in the UK ?

In another thread, I once asked you ….

You didn’t see him on the Kill Uncle
or Arsenal tours?

and you replied ….

No, I was living/working abroad from 89 to 94.

however he’s done nothing to change my life.

nothing? Then this is interesting behavior for someone whose life wasn’t changed by an artist that you’ve gone out of your way to bow before …..

Bit difficult to see him when I wasn't in the UK, do you spend your life nit picking what people say?

Nothing life changing about getting on stage when you've had a few, I've done the same with the Bunnymen and Buzzcocks, only slight impact on life was the Buzzcocks one as I fell into the gap between the barrier/stage and caught my leg on a bolt which required quite a lot of stitches.

Is Surface in Introducing Morrissey?

nope. Was just a curious comment, considering what you said in the recent past.

I didn’t say that getting on stage was a life changing experience.

Have a good day, Surface.

I am, at the end where it shows people on the stage. It's a reminder of how chubby I was after stopping smoking, thankfully i managed to get back to my normal size after a few months!
Interesting! I didn’t know. Amazing film, that.

... like everything there is a rule for one and a rule for everybody else.
Yes there have been several discussions on the radio etc recently over flag flying, St Georges day etc. Each time I was expecting the Moz mention. Especially as the commentary kept veering close to the actual lyrics to IBEH.

People are waving a lot of non-UK flags on UK streets these days. Could that have something to do with it?

Here is the original we also hear little about, compared to whom again, Morrissey's antics were angelic.

For their first album, Anarchy in the UK, the Sex Pistols ripped a Union Jack to shreds. The pieces were re-arranged for cover art by Jamie Reid. That was in 1976. David Ambrose, the first manager of the band, described this and other wild behavior in his memoir. Amazing how poor Morrissey gets lambasted, among all the rest.

As it happens, right now, an exhibition of Jamie Reid's art from 1972, called A Lifetime of Radical Gestures, is open at Brighton's Enter Gallery until 2 May.

More info and art samples are included in this glowing introduction - https://www.euronews.com/culture/20...e-works-of-late-sex-pistols-artist-jamie-reid
