It is the recent Rhino re-release, part of the 'Complete' deluxe box set.
The same seller is selling various other titles included in the box set as individual items.

And for those who were worried that the HIG negative sleeve, There Is A Light and Reel Around were being reissued as replicas, there's nothing to worry about. The reissues look nothing like the original stuff. You can spot the differences from across the room. Which is good for everybody.
